Less conference.More building.
150 builder leaders. The people building the tech they use. One hotel in Kansas City, two days, and a plan you'll actually execute.
No expo hall.
Every demo scheduled and published.
Done by 1:00 Friday.
This is the conference we always wished existed, so we built it.
Your buyers already changed.
They're asking ChatGPT which builder to trust, touring homes at 9pm without an agent, and expecting your website to answer before your sales team wakes up.
The builders who will lead the next five years are making their technology decisions right now, and most are making them without good information. Two companies that build technology for home builders decided to fix that: not another trade show, but a working session for the whole industry.
150 seats. Be one of the builders in the room.
Who you'll meet
Owners & Executives
Build your tech budget with confidence.
Sales, Marketing & Ops Leaders

What you'll leave with
A completed workbook
Fill-ins during every session and a do-this-next-week / next-month / next-quarter plan at the end. You leave with the plan written.
Scheduled Demos
Three published Demo Blocks with the companies behind the tools, at stations right beside the session room. The program tells you who is where and when, so you can plan your visits instead of wandering the floor.
